Shipping and Returns

Our products are typically dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from the time we process your payment. Please allow 10 business days (excluding weekends and publicly-recognized holidays) from your order confirmation and payment processing until delivery of your product.
We have partnered with Australia’s leading courier company Toll IPEC to ensure fast, safe and efficient shipping right around Australia. As items sent via courier, a street address is mandatory. For peace of mind, all items are covered with full postage insurance and a tracking number.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and REPRO DESIGNER FURNITURE cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
If your goods are damaged when they arrive, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange for another style. If the items arrive damaged, please take photos and submit them with your returns form. If you return goods, you are responsible to organize and pay for the shipping fees. We can assist you with this. Once we receive the returned item/s within 7 working days from the time we dispatched the goods we will refund you or ship back to you the correct or different style you require. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, please call us to discuss how we can help you. Unfortunately- we are not able to offer a refund if you change your mind about your purchase. This is because our suppliers won’t accept returns either – only exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
All furniture carries a 12 (twelve) month warranty against core defects in production or materials. The warranty is valid in Australia only.
Our Goods that are classified as “consumer” goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or rectification for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty against defects is given in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under law.
